The different steps of the lead management system

Lead Distribution and Follow Up

Lead distribution involves the distribution of leads to marketing and sales officials. The sales officials then contact the leads personally. Such a follow up is necessary to finalise the deal. Contacted leads are then processed via an automated follow up system. This process is also known as lead nurturing.
