Lexmark wrap up channel training in Egypt

The major printing company Lexmark recently wrapped up a 2-day channel training programme in Cairo, Egypt. Lexmark has been closely working with retailers and resellers in major markets throughout the Middle East in order to successfully help partners to sell and incorporate Lexmark printing solutions.

A total of sixty retail channel representatives and resellers from Cairo took part in the training programme earlier this month. This course is specially designed to strengthen and boost relationships amongst Lexmark resellers in Egypt. Similar events also took place in Oman and in the UAE.

Lexmark International’s Middle Eastern general manager, Mohammed Ali Addarrat, said that the training was designed to improve the awareness and knowledge about Lexmark products and solutions amidst their existing partners, and to introduce their portfolio to new partners in the region.

The opening day’s activities consisted of product sales training, a summary of Lexmark as an organisation and comprehensive sales training. During the event, Addarrat also explained the selection of Aptec Egypt as the authorised service agent for Lexmark. Furthermore, the attendees were also present at a conference on customer service support to learn more about the channel importance program; a gateway where every registered partner can access information about Lexmark products, sales tools and competitive charts.
